Stuart first got into bikes while working at one of the industry’s biggest wholesalers, where he spent nearly 30 years in the trade. His first motorcycle was a Kawasaki AR125 2-stroke, but he also enjoys all things off-road – even tackling the trails of Sardinia on a KTM 300 EXC! Away from bikes, Stuart’s a music lover who never says no to karaoke, a keen gamer when time allows, and a foster parent who values family life above all else.

The first step inside the store you are welcomed and allowed to browse freely but help is on hand immediately if needed. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. After visiting the Southampton store today and treating myself to a new helmet the whole experience was very satisfying. 10 out of 10 🙌. See you again soon 😎

RST jeans

Excellent customer service, phoned and reserved leathers at Southampton store, but cancelled. Then ordered jeans for home delivery, turned up in two days. Brilliant jeans, RST Tech Pro, fit well and feel solid with adjustable knee pad position.
Great company, would use again.

I recently used the online store which was great value, huge choice and delivered quickly. Then I went into the Southampton store and they were very helpful and knowledgeable, they had somethings and another they delivered to my door in just over 24hrs, couldn’t believe it. Great service. Easy click buy arrives as per usual always find when I buy anything ether in store or online it’s super simple and fuss free transaction . Mainly purchase online due to my location on the Isle of Wight but whence been over to Southampton it’s the same vibes the cardo I bought this time easy to install quick setup love having a button for Siri makes it easier on roses when calls drop :D

Is everything online available in-store?

Our stores have a very good selection of our most popular products, and for everything else you can use our ‘Try on or Buy’ system to have the items shipped to store ready for your arrival. Providing it’s in stock online, it’ll be there next day in-store for you, 7 days a week - no payment required, and we’ll let you know when it lands. It’s that simple!

*Can you fit my intercom for me?

As a helmet specialist, we’re happy to advise on the fitting of an intercom for your new helmet, and we’re also happy to do the fitting for you when timing allows – please just bear with us at peak times as you may need to leave it with us! Alternatively, you can always schedule a drop-off with us so we can ensure we have plenty of time to help. Please note though, that fitting new intercoms to older helmets is not always possible, as there may be compatibility issues that can lead to damage being caused during the fitting process. We also ask that your helmet is thoroughly cleaned prior to us fitting your intercom.

Can I check if an item is in stock before visiting a store?

Yes! Our website will tell you if an item is in stock at a store. To avoid disappointment, you can also send items to any store to ‘Try on or Buy’. Most items, if available at our warehouse, can be delivered to store next day. No payment required!

What payment methods do you accept in store?

Payment can be made by debit/credit card including American Express, and cash. We also offer Klarna finance in all stores. Whilst we accept PayPal on our website PayPal do not currently have an in-store payment method.

I purchased something online; can I return it to a store?

Sure! Provided the product is in original unused condition in line with our returns policy, your online order can be returned to any of our stores.

Can I telephone the store?

Although our stores don’t have their own dedicated phone number, our customer service team will be happy to help on 01205 360099 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Saturday.

Are dogs allowed in-store?

We understand that dogs are a part of many people's lives, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our stores. We kindly ask though that you keep your furry friend on a leash at all times. Please also be mindful of other customers who may not be comfortable around dogs. If your dog becomes disruptive or we feel it poses a safety concern, we may kindly ask that you take your pet out of the store. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you and your furry companion!

I’m on my bike, can you ship my purchase to my home?

Of course! No charge for orders over £25.

Do you offer custom helmet fitting?

Absolutely! We can switch cheek pads and skull liners to help ensure you get the very best fit. Currently this is available for Arai and Schuberth, as well as Shoei for which we offer the Shoei Personal Fitting System (PFS) at selected stores. If you’d like to book-in a fitting, just contact us to arrange an appointment.
